Payment

Payment Information

  

Rates:

  • Individual therapy session- $150.00 per session
  • Letters/Court Reports- Discussed upon request
  • Couples/Family Counseling Sessions- $200.00 per session  (insurance is not accepted for these services).


Payment:

All major credit cards are accepted for payment.

 
 

Insurance:

If I do not accept your insurance, payment is due in full at the time of service. All clients are provided with a fully coded receipt (superbill) and may submit it to their insurance carrier for reimbursement/application toward the deductible.  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:

  • Does my plan provide out-of network reimbursement for mental health?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance  cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is there approval required from my primary care  physician?

 
 

Cancellation Policy:

Clients are required to give 24 hours advanced notice prior to cancellation. Clients will be charged the full fee for missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice.

I am in-network with the following insurance companies:
