All major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Insurance:
If I do not accept your insurance, payment is due in full at the time of service. All clients are provided with a fully coded receipt (superbill) and may submit it to their insurance carrier for reimbursement/application toward the deductible. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:
Cancellation Policy:
Clients are required to give 24 hours advanced notice prior to cancellation. Clients will be charged the full fee for missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
